The project was substantially pre-sold and located along two major arterial routes in the heart of Mississauga. The client needed our assistance in optimizing the capital stack and providing them the best ROI strategy. The budget numbers went through multiple iterations which changed the capital stack in different components throughout the life-cycle of the product. We were able to assist the client in finding the optimal combination of senior mezz. and deposit-insured capital and see the project through to fruition.
